ネパール政府が8月10日39人の同性愛者の逮捕。国連、人権団体が批判。フランスのNGOはフランス政府に外交介入を求める。NGO Act-upのコミュニケによれば、逮捕されているのはエイズ予防、人権問題で活動するネパールのNGO、Blue Diamond Societyのメンバー。
